The channel on the bottom of the glass is the culprit. That lower channel needs to be centered on the glass between the vertical fuzzys . I usually assemble the glass in the door and then glue the channel on the glass and roll the window all the way up till the glue is dry. By glue I mean silicone adhesive or whatever you want to use.
