It needs a hub with the correct center bore and offset with some custom caliper brackets. It would need a vendor willing to make all the pieces fit. I think PRO Performance is almost there with their hybrid Corvette kit. A company called KORE3 also makes billet hubs that utilizes Corvette brakes. I'll send them a link to this and see if they're interested....

Now these are not for our truck applications, but I'll see if they're interested in coming up with something...
