long box to a shortie

a friend of mine with a 72 3/4 is curious where to cut the frame and what all is involved in shortening a frame. any info or pics would be great

The article i used was alot better than that i dont have a scanner thou Its in the november issue of street trucks 01 i think Ive got the mag around here somewhere.
