this style is way better than the original ones you posted but if it were me I would source a seat from a late 80's/early 90's truck and just have it recovered. I bet it wouldn't cost nearly $900 like those ones you posted.

hell you can even go with oem seats from a 2000 and up Silverado like in the link below
