Radio Delte plate year ID?

I know the '60-'63 radio delete plates have the ribs stamped in them.

The other style we commonly see is the flat one with no ribs in the center, from '64-66.

Does anybody know how many years that second style is used?

I just pulled one out of a '67-up big truck, thinking it was probably a little different than ours, but when I got home I checked it with a '66 I've got and they're identical, including the clips.
