Thinking out loud here so:
The system was designed for 4 outlets drivers side, passenger side and the 2 center ones into the single vent. So if you take the hose lose it should be the same amount of air blowing but since the one line is blocked off, it's blowing the same amount of air through less space. That in return makes it feel stronger to the person sitting in the truck.

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |
