Throttle solenoid wires. ????

Just replaced the tired 350 put in an edelbrock 1406. Question is now I have these wires that went to the solenoid that I don't know what to do with. Any suggestions? Thanks

Re: Throttle solenoid wires. ????

Do you still have AC? If this is the anti-diesel solenoid, you should mount it as required if you still have AC or remove it if you do not. The wires can get taped off.

If this is the TH400 kickdown, clearly that'd need to be connected, but that's not really a solenoid, so I assume it's the former.

No on the ac. These ran down to the starter. Thanks for the response.

What year, engine and trans? Mine's a 70 and doesn't have anything I can think of that would match up with what you're describing.
