well said, I was thinking the same but couldn't phrase it that nicely .

GREAT JOB Brandon!! You have every reason to be proud of what you have accomplished. I hope you take up the offer and do a journal on your weight loss success. It would keep all of us who are thinking of you up to date, and likely help others.

We all have some weight problems , I guess , no ?

my doctor told me I had to quit beer , butter and all that fatty crap , but he told me I still could drink some good red wine ( so do I , I'm a really obediant patient ) & I had to eat what he calls "the mediterranean menu" : olive oil , raw tomatoes , basilic , etc ...

No more steaks baked in half an inch thick lay of butter , no more french fries , no more fatty pork sausages ,

I eat now a lot of fish & vegetables , rice &/or pasta ...

and I'm a happy man

They're great with a light sour cream and ranch packet. Low fat and still great taste If you want to lose that last 20-25 lbs. I can send you my diet I was on for the first 6 weeks post op. I will guarantee you that with sticking to it to a T you will lose that much. It consists of a lot of drinks and no food. Then 3 weeks out you can eat some pureed foods like baby food

Try the KC master peice BBQ ones. They are great. I tell you I think I like them better then the regular ones. THe regular ones are to salty and to greasy. THese are good.

Had a doctors appoitment last week. One of the drugs they got me on causes some problems including hunger from some droped levels of other stuff. Changing that to try a different one. Hopefully that will help and I can get the last few pounds off. To tell you the truth I lost the first of the weight in the hospital. the food was so bad I couldn't eat it LOL.

Keep us updated.
