Remove rear coils on 67 gmc

have removed the top bolt and cup (bolt snapped) but can get the bottom one off. PO had stripped the bolt head under the trailing arms. Any tips on how to remove the bottom cup and bolt?

torch cut the head off the bolt on the spring side so not to damage trailing arm cheaper to replace the cup that holds the spring

bottom cup has nut (4 sided) in bottom, just torch off and it should fall out?

ya torch the nut off and the spring should come out might have to hammer out the bolt they usually rust in the arm good
