Bore is a little flexible. Standard or even .030 over is ok as I'm going .060 over with a 496. I do need a standard height deck (9.8) though.

AJ, are you opposed to splay bolting a 2 bolt? It's stronger in the end and cost wise might be cheaper than or equal to shipping a 4 bolt?

Agreed, shipping a BBC will likely be a killer. I'd really like to find a 4 bolt block. If all else fails, then I'll start looking at alternatives like splayed mains.
