Re: 54 PB dropmember build
I have never seen a crew in that body style.
Have you tried tig'ing your sheet metal work? I just started doing it and I prefer it to mig. Much less grinding.

Re: 54 PB dropmember build
I've only seen a crew in that body style but I thought they were only available like that in a 2500.

Re: 54 PB dropmember build
Been working a ton of hours lately at work and waiting for my redesigned trailing arm crossmember mounts from Nate which I finally received this week. Unfortunately my trailing arm axle mounts did not make it, so looks like I'll be waiting longer to get this axle mounted. Anyways, not much to see but I snapped a pic of the crossmember just setting in the frame rails. The bracket hole look to be about 3/16-1/4 different from the original mounts, so I e-mailed Nate to see what the difference will be in his cad drawing. I know Nates supper busy, but the wait time is killing me.

Re: 54 PB dropmember build
Looks good and very familiar. Here are what your axle pads will look like.
I was working on getting my rear end and watts link set up today. Marc

Re: 54 PB dropmember build
Yeah, this is my 2nd dropmember. Was just checking your build out and it's looking good! Mine had to be cut for 3.25 axle tubes.
