.....I guess you're not looking for "a rock and a vacuum cleaner" as an answer....

If you are buying a new gasket i would just slice the old one with a utility knife and carefully remove it.....if you want to re-use the gasket i can't help you

I've had good luck prying the seal from the inside of the cab. Just do a little bit at a time and work the seal up and over the lip. I started in the bottom corner and went across the bottom first.

When I put it back in I slid the bottom in first and pryed the seal around the top corner. Works fine

Starting at a bottom corner is key.

I agree with yellow72custom. I just pulled both windshield and rear window a a couple of weeks ago. I just took the old leatherman and worked it underneath the seal and pushed it all the way through and just sliced down and out. This will leave you with a nice little flap to grab onto. I used a pair of pliers to grab onto the flap at first as it is hard t get a good grip. When you get a good few inches you can just pull on it by hand. Depending on how rotted the seal is you can usually pull off a good part of it that way. I had to go through the steps a couple of times. When you get most of it off you can usually pry the window out (carefully).

Hope this is helpful.
