Air Management Question

Anyone running the azperformance air management kit. Seems like a pretty good starter kit. I'm running bags on a 72 stepside. i have all the bags just need a management system.

I bought the Accuair stage 2 setup from them. I already had 2 Viair 480c compressors but needed everything else. Call & talk to Travis over there and he will walk you through the system and help you with whatever changes or upgrades you want. I would upgrade to an aluminum tank to prevent rusting issues, but the rest seems good. I have all 3/8 lines & fittings but I'm sure the 1/4" will do the job, just won't be super fast or anything.

I've bought my airbag setup, Boyd's aluminum gas tank & Dakota Digital gauges from Travis, he really knows his stuff.

a single Viair 380 on a 5 gallon tank is going to struggle to keep up. i have dual 380's on dual 3 gallon tanks (6 gallon) and it works the 380's pretty hard.

Do they have the 3/8" line system with e level? All I have seen is 1/4" valves.

Yes the Accuair manifold has 3/8 push connect fittings.
Travis at Properformance is a great source of help. I bought all my air ride setup from him

I bought the newer version manifold with the 3/8" NPT threaded ports. Right now I have the brass push in fittings going to 3/8" DOT tubing, but will eventually go with aluminum hardlines.

Also, I agree with Willie Makeit that the single 380 compressor is gonna work pretty hard to fill a 5gal tank. But it can be done otherwise Travis would not sell it that way. Optimally you'd want to add a 2nd compressor or maybe go with a bigger compressor with an aluminum tank IMO

Just give me a call or shoot me a PM. The guys are right, although the 380C will work on a 5 gallon tank, the dual setups work better, if budget allows. The max I would go on a single compressor is 5 gallons. We can always add in a dual compressor, and is cheaper when doing it off the get go (can do a dual pack), than adding later down the road.

Like what's been mentioned go dual comps in the beginning and down the road when money permits you can change out the PTC fittings to something better. Personally I only run hydraulic line with brass fittings on air systems as it'll last forever, but it's not cheap of course.
