Wtb stepside spare tire bracket

Iso the spare tire bracket that you mount the spare tire to on a stepside short box.

I found another one on a sixties Chevy truck. But I don't know how I'm going to get those bolts out. I've heard that's a clutch type bolt. Do they still make those?

This is getting irritating, why does it always rotate the pictures I take when I post them. I know the pictures were north and south when I took them.
