45 minutes later with a cut off wheel. Since the bump stop bracket was welded to the frame I couldn't use the plasma

10 minutes with the plasma. The longest part was marking the frame with a sharpie for the cut.

Mocked up the c notch. I am going to both weld and bolt it to the frame.
