installing under bed spare tire carrier
Do I need to remove a couple wood bed planks to install the two long hanger bolts that supports the carrier?

you shouldn't have to, I think the holes are slotted so that you can angle them in, hope this makes sense.

IT MAKES A TON OF SENCE, TICKS ME OFF WHEN I DON'T SEE THE ANSWER WHEN IF IT WAS A SNAKE IT WOULD HAVE BIT ME..... Thanks Jim
