thats not a spacer it is the standard front hub for the dual wheel set up

sorry for the delayed response to the thread...all work and no play lately. So if I order new front hubs will they come with that "spacer" or will I have to remove this old one from the original hub??
And I've heard I can take the whole front end from a C30 up to an '86 model and slip it under my frame?? with the mild fabrication of drilling two holes??. Sounds to simple which scares me.

It is just that simple..... drill one hole on each side and elongate one hole on each side. If you want to keep your truck a dually, you will want the front suspension from a dually also.
