4x4 Bolt Pattern & Wheel Size HELP!
I need a new set of wheels for my truck, but don't know the proper backspacing or bolt pattern. I have a 1985 GMC Sierra 4x4 1/2 ton. I know the wheels are 6 lug, but I just want to confirm that they are 6x5.5. Also...what backspacing do I need? Brakes are all factory...discs up front & drums in the back. Any help would be great.
Thanks, Josh |

Yep it's 6 on 5.5". The typical back spacing is 3.5-4". What size are tires & rims you looking for?

FYI The toyota 4x4's have the same bolt pattern. Keep that in the back of your mind when looking for used wheels.

Where are you located? I have two sets of rims and tires that are in really good shape for sale. 1 set is off a factory '90 1/2 ton and the other set is aftermarket.
