what's it worth? 72 front end

on my 72 blazer i want to replace my front end with a 67. i have a good line on one complete, for $500. anyhow, i plan on buying it but would rather sell my 72 front end first. i was thinking $350 or is this too low, too high or about right? both front ends in question are decent california specimens. they both have surface rust on the undersides but no rot and probably don't need major bodywork.
