determing worth of k/5
I am finished with my 6 year project and wondering how to determine what it's worth. Its frame up new everything. Any help would be appreciated.

It looks nice....what is the finish/paint? What's it worth?.........."whatever someone is willing to pay"

It's also helpful to know what you're planning. If you're looking for a value for insurance, your insurance company is going to want a certified appraisal. If you're planning to sell it, that can really vary by region, unless you're selling on Ebay.
