Cool Find

Reads like this:

Orland
801 W. Monterey
Ernie Boracci

VO127TRJ CCE242Z138682

D1HR R. Y2A25D (Sideways Bowtie) B.

Orland is my hometown, and the address is actually only about a mile from my place. I am guessing that "Ernie Boracci" was the original buyer.

I know the top right sequence of numbers is the VIN, but I don't know what the other ones mean. Anybody know what they might mean?

Yep! Found it while going through a stack of papers inside. Was hoping there would be paint info ha-ha.

Re: Cool Find

Lucky you. Commonly known as the Protecto Plate. When an owner brought the vehicle into the dealer for service, the plate was put on a slide machine with carbon forms for the maintenance records. Cool find, as so many just disappeared. Luckily the prior owners of my truck kept everything, from the original delivery paperwork, to the receipts for everything ever done to the truck. I have this plate but I'm missing the build sheet, or at least I haven't found it yet.
