Old School hotrod parts
Would like to see some cool parts everyone has or have seen. I like to browse ebay looking for parts that are from around the 60's. Of course the mooneyes or superior flaked steering wheels and chrome hurst stick with white cue ball knob. I found a set of Thrush exhaust tips that would be cool conversation pieces. Just wanted to start a thread full of old cool parts.

Re: Old School hotrod parts
I do the same thing with old decals. I have a bunch and have done a lot of artwork to reproduce many of them. I have a friend who collects and restores old racecars and he is always needing something.

Vintage Offy 6cyl valve cover I have. If it had a place for the pcv valve it would be on my 66 already. Joseph

Re: Old School hotrod parts
I went with my brother to pick up a stove from a guy and he had a pair of these on a shelf, I asked if they were for sale and he said "no they are for my car" and jerked his thumb over his shoulder to a SHELBY GT500KR (!) that I had missed on a 4 post lift in the corner of his dark shop. sheesh some guys haha

sanford66: Oh definitely, anything Offy is cool! I would think a port could be made into the backside that might not be that visible.
canadian_diesel1964: I love those Edelbrock vc's. I've never seen any like that before. Pretty sweet! joedoh: Oh man, that is cool. I just recently seen the tips, got me to thinking about what else is out there like that. Chris

Re: Old School hotrod parts
The 292ci runs great for him. 194 cylinder heads, Offy 4 bbl intake with a Holley 390 CFM carburetor. It's backed with my 700R4, so it spends most of its operating RPM time at peak torque.

Re: Old School hotrod parts
He's in the process of moving soon, and actually has a lot of cool old school parts for sale. That's my white '63 Chevy II and funny car on his channel.

Re: Old School hotrod parts
What about gas caps? I found the first one here on the forums somewhere, and the other on an eBay truck.
