I want to see your restored Fawn Interior

I can't make up my mind on what color scheme to go with on my '67. The interior is now red (red exterior) but it was apparently Fawn originally. Strongly considering going back that route because that would have been original and you see way more red interiors than fawn nowadays. I like to be a tad bit different.

So lets see them!

Obviously with a saddle seat the the fawn looks awesome, I also like the contrast with the saddle. This truck is an orange 67

Like these? While not restored they give a good original feel.
Remember there were four different interior/sheetmetal colors in 67. They were Fawn, Red, Dark Blue and Light Green. Wasn't until 68 they carried the exterior color inside across the line.

Re: I want to see your restored Fawn Interior

Thanks for the pics. I had most of those saved. Was curious to see some restored trucks with it. I'm leaning towards it but want to cover my buddy buckets in houndstooth. I'm affraid doing fawn with like a silver/black houndstooth will either be impossible or really expensive. Curious if the black black/white houndstooth would look good or like an afterthought.

I do like the saddle.

It also looks like there is a beige fawn and a more silver fawn. Could be the lighting.

67ctener do you have a pic of the interior from like the exterior to where I could see how it goes with the orange? Would like to see the contrast.

Re: I want to see your restored Fawn Interior

You guys have any idea where I can buy 67 fawn interior parts for my C10? I'll at least need a bench seat cover, dash pad, carpet and visors.

Re: I want to see your restored Fawn Interior

i LOVE the factory 67 fawn interior. most of the 67's i've seen with red exterior also had red interior. as do most the red restorations. i agree that would be very unique, and a great classic look if that's what you're going for.

here's one that sold on feebay red with fawn (at least the dash): http://www.ebay.com/itm/1967-Chevrol...p2047675.l2557

Re: I want to see your restored Fawn Interior

I'm still undecided but i figured I've got plenty of time. If I can find a close enough match for houndstooth, I'll probably go fawn.

I do have a black '68 with fawn interior, but I can find an interior picture on my iPad. I really like the fawn color because you don't see it restored very often. I'll try to find a pic. It's stored away for winter right now and I can't get a very good interior pic.
