Switching columns....need help with plug differences

I took out my factory auto column and installing manual column from an '84 Chevy I believe. Both columns have tilt, cruise, wiper delay and dimmer on the turn signal lever. Everything else matches except for one plug. My factory column has more wires in this plug. Can anyone tell me the difference here? The white end is from the auto column and the black plug is for the manual.

Re: Switching columns....need help with plug differences

Well I answered the question myself. I swore the manual column I had was equipped with intermittent wiper option but it is not. So that's why I had my differences in the wiring connectors.
