Wishbone or triangulated 4 link

I'm ready to buy a kit but not sure what I need. I have a 82 C10 and looking at getting the wishbone kit or the triangulated 4 link kit. This is a long build. frame off, but I'm trying to keep this affordable. I'm z notching the front and obviously C notching the rear. I've searched on Google but keep coming up with 4x4 sites. Did not come up with much on air ride, as far witch one would be better for air ride.

Any input would help. I plan on buying a kit this week.

Both will ride fine. I dont know if you would ever tell the difference with both being bag on bar.

Re: Wishbone or triangulated 4 link

Have you seen http://www.scottshotrods.com/4-bar-4-link-suspension/ He has 4 bar kit and even offers the notches you see in the photos. The longer the links the better it will ride,And im not a fan of a wishbone set up too many try to mount the single end straight on top the diff housing and to do that right you gotta pre heat the housing and slowly cool it off.
