Repairing kick panel area
Does anyone have any pictures or tips on how to replace the sheetmetal in the kick panel where it welds to the floor on 67-72 c10s. Thanks

Re: Repairing kick panel area
My Suburban had that area rusted out too and I was able to trace it to the drip rail seal above the windshield. The sealant had failed (What happened to that 50 year warranty card?) and water would run down inside the A pillar. Mine didn't have any decent drain holes and they were plugged and so over time new ones were created with a handy cloth to wick the moisture away. I cleaned the void space, improved the drainage, sprayed Por15 inside the A pillar, made a plate of stainless and glued it down so I can pry it off and clean it out in the future. I going to reseal the drip rail this week.
