Attention Ebay Buyers
This is a cautionary note about a vendor on Ebay, I purchased an intake from a vendor who calls himself raceparts$ on Ebay and although it appears as if He does quite alot of buisness it has been 13 days and no product. Has answering machine on phone line listed with Ebay and will not return phone calls. Even though his feedback appears to be good, read it and buy with caution.
P.S. And if any of you are in the LA area and want to do me a favor by going by and paying him a visit I would appreciate it. Sometimes the shock alone will get there attention.

Have you contacted ebay on this issue....?
I have dealt with people who only ship once a week.......

Guy violates the rules
I figured out what this guys is doing!! He post auctions for items he thinks he can sell and does not have them in stock!!! When the item sells he either orders it or oders it once someone has placed a bid. After talking to Ebay, PayPal, my bank, and this A$$hole he finally sent me an e-mail last night saying the item had shipped. He demands payment in 7 or less days or will reort you to Ebay, but he takes his sweeta$$ time getting you your merchandise. JUST a WARNING, I have dealt with alot of guys on Ebay and they have always been good to there word and this guy is very shady.
