"Quite" - and yes it has. Fixed it for you,

I think the consensus was it was not liked all that much.

Well they got the color combination perfect for what they were trying to achieve but those wheels are gaudy and ugly. Look like what the local tire stores sell to the guys who like gaudy bling bling wheels.

71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant.
77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.

Re: Love it or hate it

I've never once seen a car that was modified to look like an older model that actually looked good. Huge waste of someone's time, but whatever floats their boat.

I love it and hate it at the same time. Don't ask me to explain.

I just don't get it, if you want something to look like that old truck so much, why not just get the old truck? It's like "Frame swaps", if you want something to drive and ride like a late model so much, get one! Hell, a cool hot rodded late model is neat, why not just do that?

I'm going to agree with this sentiment.

I love the fact that someone took the time do the work. I'm sure it wasn't easy.

On the other hand, it goes to show how hard it is to make a late model truck look cool.
