1975 "BIG 10"??? VIN # Help!

Hey Guys.

I was under my truck the other day checking the pinion angle and noticed the large 8-pack leaves and 2 3/4" drums. One thing led to another and I found my SPID in the glove box. After searching the "F44" option I think I discovered this is a "BIG 10" (6200 GVWR listed on door plate). So it's a SWB, BIG 10, Silverado, 454 and TH400 from California. I attached the SPID which I just cleaned up and re-laminated.

My VIN # CCZ1....is confusing me because the "1" should actually be a "4" if had the F44 option according to the LMC book. My SPID lists the F44 and VIN# matches the cab and title.

Can someone clear this up for me? AKA is this a BIG 10 or not?

PS the orange truck is not the truck in question. That was my 2nd love and this one is my 3rd love lol.

What does the VIN on the dash say? Does it match the SPID?

73-80 are on the door jam plate instead of on the dash like 81-87. The plate VIN matches the SPID VIN and title.

I am not sure about that because it has been painted and there is no decal. I suppose when I repaint later on I could add them and call it a day.

Excuse me but that is incorrect. 73-78 are on the door jam, 79-up are on the dash. 79-80 are in a slightly different position than 81-up. That is only really noticeable when you try to put a 81-up dash pad on a 79-80.
