Enjoy it the way it is for now get some seat time before you tear into it..You can get in and go and probably when you stop to get gas someone will want to talk about it.I agree with Tim [special-k].These trucks are cool no matter what..500.00$-25,000$..

Those numbers should match the last 6 or 7 digits on the title

Best as i can tell for sure from that angle, but it looks like a 67 frame, here's a couple pic's, one 67 the other with the dimple. i will add tho that i was under the impression that 67's didn't have a frame stamp, someone correct me if i'm wrong.

You definitely have a 67 C20 frame. It appears that the bed and front end were switched to a 69-70 with the 72 vin tag being used which would make it be registered as a 72 even though you really have a 67. Here's a picture of the frame rail where the gearbox bolts to on my 69.

Good to see people can see past trucks in images.

Salad trucks as we call them in the WW2 Jeep community are common especially with so many parted out trucks available. Nice truck, good luck with it. Definitely a good cruiser and hauler so enjoy it before going nuts with prettying it up!

im not gonna tear it down to the frame right off the bat. I want to start by putting discs on it and making it safe. Also fix the cab rust while keeping it a driver.

Does the truck have a VIN plate still in the door jam or nothing? Only thing I'd mention is becareful how much $ you put into it if there's no VIN plate matching the Title. It's obvious a paper Title was put on it, but if you got into an accident or anything you'd lose any investment if there's no VIN plate.
