That whole setup is extremely slim. Also, I am going to use the stock water pump from the donor truck, and radiator hose, in hopes that should free up some space to run the CAI over to the drivers side. I just don't want to relocate my battery over to the driver side... But I guess I could if it came down to it.

Not sure if you have your setup installed, but here is mine with the Tejas mounts, fan shroud, and Camaro electric fans, just for an idea of the space you may be working with. Wish I could help more, but I'll be running my intake the passenger side since I have the LS3 water pump to give me more clearance.
