Mine is a '70 Jimmy so this may not be of any help. My rear leaf springs have 5 leafs like yours, but my front springs only have 2 leafs. The suspension on my Jimmy has never been altered from new.

Mine is a 70 also. My front springs have been redone, which is why I have extra leaves. I think originally they had only 2, but not certain.
The picture you posted above shows more than 2 leaves per spring.

Front leaf springs definitely not original. Those appear to have some lift to them. The original front springs have an inverted arch (they bow upward). Yours bow downward. The original front springs also are wider at the spring eyes and taper down at the perch location.
