Neutral safety switch

I'm almost ready to put a 4.8/4L60E in my 64. I've already put a later model van tilt column in. My question is which switch do I use, the one on the column or the one mounted to the side of th transmission ? Thanks for any help.

Re: Neutral safety switch

If you have the original wiring for it, it might be easier to use the one on the trans. This is assuming you are keeping the EFI.

Re: Neutral safety switch

Yes sir I am keeping it fuel injected. I ordered a harness from PSI and an American Autowire kit too. Not sure if the PSI has connections for it or not
