Show me your air conditioning installs

My Dermatologist is cracking down on me. he says I can't drive my truck with the windows down and my arm hanging out.
I have basil cell skin cancer removal scheduled soon.

So, the only way that will happen is to tint the winders and put airfuldishining in it.
So, show me yer pics PLEASE, and I will see what I come up with.
Thanks, Y'all!

Re: Show me your air conditioning installs

Here's my vintage air install. Did not use their (VA) location for the L and R side vents, I cut holes in the dash for what I think was a cleaner look. VA had plastic housings that mounted under the dash. I still have the stock 235 and used the Alan Grove Gen to Alternator relocation and his Sanden Comp brackets. The VA kit does not come with pre bent A/C lines, only rubber ones that you route and crimp for your own set up.
I still have the mechanical fan as well, it does well until it gets well over 100, and then the engine gets a bit warm sitting at lights, I just use my throttle knob and set the idle higher and it helps. I plan on putting in an electric fan at some point.

Re: Show me your air conditioning installs

I used a VA set up but ran the hoses differently. I also did not like the plastic vents so I modified the air box and made my own center louvers and put late model Mustang round ones in the kick panels. Details are in my build thread.

Re: Show me your air conditioning installs

I have the same as martinSr, and I want to stop using it, it gets around 115-118 here in the summer, and it's hard to keep your shirt dry in that kind of heat.

By the Way Martin, you have grass and trees! it's different when all you have is cactus and coyotes.....
