Where is everyone getting the spike[pointed]lug nuts?can get them for the stock 84 chevy crew cab duelly?

Most of them are covers designed to fit over stock semi
Lug nuts , you can find them at truck stops all over. Not to sure if they will fit over stock dually lugs |

I have these^ i got them from the same people that run the eBay store they are at spring and fall Carlisle every year. they arent exactly a spike but they are pretty close |
