Got the other side of the shackle flip kit done and cut off the overloads and the bump stops now to start on the rear end. I have to cut off the spring perches and shock mounts since it came out of a 1992 ford E350 van

Had a gap in the front of the rear lift springs so I made a couple spacers to fix it

On your rear springs, did you install a spacer on each side of the spring or just one side? When do we see the rest of the truck?

Just on one side so far haven't tightened everything up yet to see where the spacer will go or if I have to put one on each sid

This is exactly what I did. I used the front cross member and then adjusted it to the fit the tank to the stock rear cross member. I haven't put the skid plate on yet.
Looking good.
