Pinion angles? Squealing after static drop.
Did a static 3/5 drop and now have a squealing coming from the rear of the truck, very noticeable at low speeds, when I'm hard on the breaks it does let up, thinking either pinion angle is off or possibly carrier bearing? Any thoughts? I'm also running the stock panhard bar, wondering if that would cause issues on a 5" drop?

Squealing sound doesn't seem like a pinion angle problem. More like a tire contacting bed or body parts. You should check your pinion angle compared to your harmonic balancer. should be the same. As to the panhard rod you can do some measuring at ride height to see if the wheels are centered to the frame. The aftermarket bars are adjustable, so you could adjust out any centering issues.

Good call, lot less driveshaft travel when lowered.

I didn't adjust the driveshaft, something I should look at?

Re: Pinion angles? Squealing after static drop.
Update: great news, it's neither the panhard bar, carrier bearing or the driveshaft, crawled under (which is hard when it's lowered haha) and now that it's lowered its moved the drive shaft further up into the frame and it has slightly come into contact with the passenger side muffler, a quick adjustment to the muffler hanger and problem solved.
