WTB: this GM inner splash shield....
I have the RH side but I'm looking for the LH part #14027795. Does anybody have one? I included a pick of mine so you know what it is....the 2WD trucks had CH die cut in them and I need KR which is for 4WD. These are for 1981-87 trucks and 88-91 K5/Burbs but prolly fit 73-80 as well. Let me know a price and post a pic if possible thanks!

Hate to bearer of bad news but it got too dried out and tore in half when I opened it up for pix.
Biggest problem with those things was too long folded in the bag. I did a quick check on eBay and there is nos one on there with small tears. |

Damn.....that sucks. Yeah I seen the EBay one....not good enough tho. The one I have I found in an obscure dealer inventory list and its still like brand new so I would really need a match to it. Its funny how its the little things that can really hold up a project....lol

Re: WTB: this GM inner splash shield....
I've seen that but its got tears....so $90 for one with rips I can't do. My NOS one was in a nice roll within a GM box so it was in perfect shape-Id like to find an equally nice match to it.

Re: WTB: this GM inner splash shield....
I bought this material in bulk from a Pontiac restoration place. I would keep the roll and then trace out my originals to make replacements. Finally used up the last of it on my truck.
I think I bought it from here: Ames Performance http://www.amesperf.com/ or Performance Years (which has merged with Ames Performance) so its the same place. Can't remember what I paid but it was worth it to have a roll on hand. Used it on many of my cars over the years. Ironically, none of them Pontiacs. Mostly Chevy trucks, two Caprice Station Wagons and an El Camino.
