Re: Rally or Hubcap?
I'd guess the full wheel covers, but there will be an RPO indicated on the sticker that will tell you.

Re: Rally or Hubcap?
Nice truck,my uncle had a 81 scotsdale he bought new.It had hub caps. From what I remember, rally wheels were more on the higher trim level trucks like Silverado or Sierra Classic.

Re: Rally or Hubcap?
Not that it matters much but my Suburban Silverado package has hub caps.

Nice looking truck! I still can't believe we pulled ahead those mirrors from the GMT400 models and put them on there. I am still a little embarrassed about that. k

Re: Rally or Hubcap?
Thanks Keith. I like that the mirrors are power and you dont see alot of them. I havent seen many with clear windows or rear defrost either. Not sure if the original owner would of had to order it this way, I bought from second owner.

Some export countries required clear glass, too, as a regulatory requirement. Rear defrost was optional; they had to consciously pick that. I haven't mentioned this yet, but for either of your trucks you can send $50 and the VIN to the GM Heritage Center and they will return to you the actual invoice (complete with pricing) for your specific truck. http://www.gmmediaarchive.com/?page=3 Just depends on how curious you are. I did it for my '87. K

Re: Rally or Hubcap?
Maybe consider a 15" stainless steel racing disc (moonies or similar). The disc in the image is an old school circa 1970s stainless steel disc that I test fitted on my 15x8 rally rim on a 255/70 tires with a 2.5" spindle drop and stock 1/2-ton coil springs.
