Re: what shocks do you like for the lowered trucks?

The Summit Sport Truck shocks are actually manufactured by Doetsch Tech and are exactly the same as the Nitro Slammer, but a few bucks cheaper. I ran Doetsch Tech on my truck when I had the 5/8 drop and loved them over the BellTech Nitro Drops I replaced them with.

Doetsch tech all the way. Used them on both 73-87's and 88-98's.

Re: what shocks do you like for the lowered trucks?

just got off the phone with summit, they dont make a front shock for my truck apparently. they have the rears for 37 each, but no listing for the front.

so i bit the bullet and paid $303 for front & rear bilsteins. ugh... whatever.. make more money tomorrow lol.

Belltech Street Performance....I installed a set on the '93 S-10 I had before acquiring my '97 Tahoe, & I liked them so much I bought a set for the Tahoe as well.
