Look for Firestone TransForce HT if you want a highway 16.5 or same tire in an AT if you want it to be a little more (but not much) off roady. Size you want is 16.5x9.50 (or, to be exact: 9.50R16.5LT)

There is plenty of 16.5 but you have to go 35" or bigger mud tires. (Doesn't look like that's what you want) Firestone transforce also comes in a 8.75 x 16.5, or used to. I know they made bf all terrains and mud terrains in 16.5 but not sure anymore. I would also go with the Ford 16's. The Firestone tires are about 40$ more in 16.5 than 16. You could probably get 16" tires and rims for the same price as the 16.5 tires.

STA still makes 16.5 tires in few different tread patterns and sizes.
