Fire wall insulater pads

I purchased the aftermarket insulator pad three piece set. It is a Repops product. No instructions of course and since my 68 didn't have any when I bought it I'm at a loss on installing it.Question is does the pads go on before the inner heater box? Also on drivers side does it go on before brake brackets, steering column etc? I looked at the assembly manual but it is not much help.
So any one who has done this feel free to chime in and give me some pointers.

Re: Fire wall insulater pads

No need for any one to reply to this thread. I spent about all afternoon fighting to make this piece of junk fit and now it is in the trash. I'm going to get some of the bulk foil backed padding and cut and glue it on like the street rods I've built. Should've known better.
