What year for Push-Pull power steering box?
I'm going to start on the '62 K10 build this summer, and wondered what years I need to look at for a Push-Pull power steering box?
Not interested in a cross-steer conversion... trying to keep things simple, and keep costs down using what's already there. Thanks, -Brad

Are you upgrading axles also? going disk brakes on the front? Use what ever box came on the truck with the axle.

No, I'm not upgrading the front axle... gonna keep costs down and keep things simple by just rebuilding what I've got, at least for now.
Drum brakes, closed-knuckle D44. I've got two: one in the truck, and one that was retrofitted into a '56 GMC that a friend gave me. Between the two of them, I should have enough parts to make a good axle assembly, without spending a ton of money. I figure swapping steering boxes to PS isn't a real expensive proposition. -Brad

Any Chevy or GMC 4X4 power steering box up to about '87 , later on one tons and suburbans, should work then.

1981 the Saginaw boxes went to Metric fittings so stay with something older than 1981
