Not hard at all, but if you want factory, you'll be buying switches, panels etc. Wiring,u can do yourself....and the good thing is the fogs won't turn off when you hit the high beams. As soon as I fix my no blinker issue, I am gonna cut the lower air damn on my 98 1500 and fit the fogs in there...like the old 454ss's.
