Oil guage

Hello, I have a 70 truck with a 250 v6. installed a painless this weekend and am going from dummy to gauges. my question is I want the gauges but also don't want a oil line going under my dash. is there a way to put an electric gauge into the spot of the of the cluster where the original would go. I would also like to keep the original look if possible. any idea would help. if you have done this and have photos that would be great. And my last question is on the 250 v6 oil sending unit on the passenger side by the coil and the temp sending unit on the driver side right below the valve cover? thanks
