If it was done correctly, they changed to the disc spindle ball joint. I would buy the spindles you want and just buy the correct ball joints and that should fix any incompatiblity issues.

There are also concerns about the steering too. The tie rod ends aren't the same. No big deal, just saying it's more than swapping four ball joints.
