Re: Rear differential measurements.

It was supposed to say: I'm getting some stuff together for my '70 GMC again and my next idea is to switch everything to 5 lug. I'm thinking about ordering 2.5" drops spindles if I get the hubs/rotors and calipers all from a '71 or 2 they should fit right on correct? Also the rear axles could just be replaced but I'm finding that there are two possible dimensions for the rear ends in '70. Can anyone tell me the two dimensions and what points to measure to to tell which rear end I have? Thanks
