That pic could be accused of being Mennonite pornography..

I prefers mine wit the onions and sour cream, but anything that looks like that'll keep you warm in a cold shop.

Bought a smoker Friday. Fired it up Sunday.
Did a pre made Lemmon pepper pork loin for cut one.

Cut two was a pork Tender loin that we tried a rub recipit we found online.

Cut 3 was a Salmon that we also used the rub on.

Used a hickory with Charcoal to smoke it with. 5.5 hours later I pulled the taste meal out.

THe predone pork loin was ok but I don't think we will buy that one again.
The tenderloain we did with the rub was great! Happy with it for sure. Easily cut with a fork and had a nice 3/8-1/2 inch smoke ring

The salmon fell apart when you trid to cut it. Sout of had to scoupe it off the serving platter.

Invited My sister and her husband and my mom over for dinner. Served it with patato salad, iceburg salad, cole slaw, baked apples, corn and rolls. Layed around the rest of the night like a bunch of beached whales.
