Re: does anyone make/reproduce dealership emblems

Are they a die cast script?

I don't know of anyone re-popping die cast dealer emblems. There is typically not a lot of demand for those types of emblems, compounded by the proliferation of dealers. With the technology these days it might be reasonable to 3D print them and have them chromed, or CNC mill them. A urethane mold might be another option.

I have made my own dealer decals in the past. I could see the "ghost" lettering in the discolored chrome under certain lighting conditions. I created a draft and took that to a local sign shop. The colors I chose were totally made up but what I thought they might be.
