C20 coils with overload leafs
So I purchased a 1968 C20 it has coils all the way around with overload leafs. I searched the archives for an answer and haven't found what Im looking for yet. If I take out my overload leafs will it?
1. lower the rear end at all? 2. cause any issues with the suspension? 3. can I use C10 Coils to lower the truck as well? thank you in advance for all the advice. |

No suspension issues, just less weight capacity. It would only lower it a little if the old springs are week. I don't know about the C10 springs.

Re: C20 coils with overload leafs
Factory overloads? On my truck they did not contact the pads until the truck was half loaded. They work well when using a truck as a truck.
